Return policy

You can cancel and return orders to us within 14 days of receipt.
Exchanges will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase. For more help please contact loyalkids.info@gmail.com 

Returns must be sent back within 14 days and in perfect original sale condition, unworn.

If you send an item back & because it was defective or delivered incorrectly, we will check this on a case-by-case basis and reimburse the costs for the return.

Items that are worn cannot be returned or exchanged.

The invoice amount will always be refunded by the same means of payment with which the order was placed.

It may take up to 14 business days to process your return.
